Welcome to Villa Iliada

Villa iliada is placed on a hill just 1,5 klm away from the beach of Maleme, combining the magnificent Aegean sea view with the Cretan mountain landscape. The historical military airport of Maleme lies just a few hundred meters away from the house’s front porch. The view from Chania town, up to Agioi Theodoroi Island is breathtaking. The villa’s wider area is a quiet and relaxing place, covered with olive trees, perfectly combined with the building’s careful exterior design.

A 73 sq. m modern shaped swimming pool lies at the back side of the house, meeting harmoniously with the garden and sea view.

Covering a total surface of 175 sq. m, villa iliada is a 2 floor building, featuring 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Built just in 2012 and situated on the area’s highest point, offers your family and friends the most pleasant way to spend your holidays; we assume your dream holidays! Ground Floor

In the ground floor there’s a spacious, modern and luxurious kitchen, fully equipped with a latest technology double fridge, oven, microwave oven and dish washer. There is a smaller kitchen as well, for fast service.

A bedroom featuring sea view having 2 beds and a balcony. From this balcony you may enjoy the view of the broaden Chania area, from the Thodoros island up to Akrotiri. This floor is equiped with a WC and a small hope depot with laundry.

Living Room

It is a sunny place with a magnificent view, an energy efficient fire place, home cinema, DVD, internet and a table for supper and dinner.

1st floor

There are 3 beautiful, spacious and modern bedrooms, each one of them having their own bathroom with Jacuzzi and a small lobby. Every bedroom has a large veranda with incredible view, closets with explicit design and a 22'' LCD TV.

On the first floor there is also a modern bathroom with fantastic coloring.

Private Pool

The pool covers 73 square meters with modern architecture, shape and pretty color inlay. It features 2 showers and plenty of space to enjoy the sun of Crete and relax!

There's also a WC on the pool's basement.

Barbeque

The villa features a stone made barbeque for your pleasuring of taste and unforgettable nights.
